Cody had defeated Simon previously and now Simon's looking for a rematch with no rules. After a little back and forth trash talk, Simon slaps Cody in the face. Cody responds with a front kick and says, "it's on, man!" Cody backs Simon against the wall and pounds him with punches and knees to the gut.

Cody gets Simon in position for a camel clutch but pulls his hair instead.

Cody seems to have Simon under control until Simon maneuvers Cody into a Full Nelson.

Simon stretches Cody in an ab stretch / leg trap combo.

Simon gets some revenge with his own Camel Clutch / hair pull combo.

It's a back and forth battle until the end, but the win is decisive.
