Jessie had just ko'd Tim and he uses the scissors to wake him up.
Jessie is like Ethan "Axel" Andrews: not the best looking guy on the roster, but able to sell any match and any opponent. I assume he also runs UC, and either owns or co-owns it. I'd love to know the story behind their Ukrainian connection, though I believe that lapsed seven or eight years ago.
