Oney Lorcan vs Aleister (Malakai) Black, WWE Raw, April 2020. A year after this match, both wrestlers were released from the WWE. Oney apparently has been rehired as a trainer at the WWE performance center. Aleister is now known as Malakai Black in AEW. Has the move been successful? He's currently a Trios champion, but when you consider how many champions are on AEW TV, what does that really mean? At least he has a steady paycheck.

Aleister had almost snatched Oney in a Triangle Choke, but Oney was able to reach the ropes. Both men get to their feet but Aleister knocks Oney down with a back elbow and follows up with a running knee. Aleister tries for a moonsault but Oney ducks and nails him with a stiff clothesline. Notice Aleister's spit flying. Oney folds up Aleister for a near fall and delivers a couple big chops. Oney challenges Ali to fight back but that only makes him angry. Aleister delivers a jumping knee, which leaves Oney dazed. Is Oney about to fade to black? See the clip below.
