I've blogged about Sleepwalkers before. I think the movie suffers because it tries to be too many things. Is it a horror movie? Is it about forbidden incestual romance? Is it a teenage romantic drama? It's very violent at times, but never scary.  If not for the appealing cast, this movie would probably have been long forgotten.  Brian Krause as Charles in Sleepwalkers. The unedited screenshot. Brian Krause plays Charles Brady. On the surface he seems like a sweet, sensitive, young guy but he's actually a shape-shifter known as a "Sleepwalker". He needs to suck the life force out of pure, young Tanya (Madchen Amick) as a means to feed himself and his mother (Alice Krige), whom he has an incestual relationship with.    The story is ambitious but not well executed, the main appeal of this movie for me lies in the attractive actors and their chemistry. Alice Krige and Brian Krause Brian with Madchen Amick Charles lures Tanya in with some kisses and then tries to suck the life force out of her. Tanya fights back by whacking him with a nearby camera. Is Charles dead? Can Tanya escape? You'll have to watch or Google it. WR's edit     WR's edit *Epilogue- Obviously, I wanted to like this movie. It's watchable but not essential viewing, in my opinion. I think the shifts in tone are too jarring.    At times, there...
