Pretty boy "Flyin" Brian Pillman takes a beating from The Midnight Express in this match from WCW Capital Combat 1990. Brian and his partner "Z-Man" Tom Zenk are defending their WCW U.S. Tag Team Titles against The Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton & Stan Lane). Jim Cornette, the manager of the Midnights, is locked in a shark cage, so any advantage he can provide is neutralized. I pick up a few minutes in. Brian had just charged at Bobby Eaton but Bobby ducked and Pillman flew over the top rope to the floor. Bobby applies a swinging neck breaker, which leaves Brian dazed. Brian manages to climb back to the apron, but Stan Lane knees Brian in the ribs, sending him chest and throat first into the steel barricade. Brian's gasping for air but manages to make it back into the ring. Stan snaps Brian's neck across the top rope and then folds him up with a big clothesline.
