Dash Decker vs Colt Stevens (RHW, 2014)

Cute model Colt takes on the dashing strongman Dash in this match from Rock Hard Wrestling. On the surface, this looks like a classic mismatch, but in this case appearances are deceiving.

Colt wanders into the RHW arena thinking he's going to have a photo shoot. He's confused when Dash walks in, but Dash isn't interested in talking and heelishly knocks the sunglasses from Colt's face and crushes them.

Dash quickly takes down Colt and strips him to his trunks.

Colt doesn't want to fight but Dash shows him no mercy. Dash targets Colt's back and works it over throughout the match.

Colt's scaredy cat antics turn out to be an act. When Colt has an opening, he demonstrates legit grappling skills.

Colt's not content to just show off his skills, he wants to humiliate Dash.

Is Colt's skillful enough to defeat Dash?

Or is Dash just too strong?

This was a fun match, executed with great energy and intensity. Colt's run as a wrestler was only short, but at least he left us with this classic to remember.

  1. I love Dash's trunks, but I mainly love this match because I used iMovie to cut it into a 7-minute squash of the arrogant Superman Dash using the nasty punches during the cradle as a five-count pin.

    1. Yes, Colt was very good here. His punishment of Dash was the highlight of the match, although I thought he sold pain and fear very well too.
I wouldn't have minded Dash losing, that would've been a nice surprise. Still, this is one my favorite RHW matches.
