Beefy vet Shane crushes twink Ty in this match from BG East. Cocky Ty poses in the mirror as the video begins. Shane comes in from behind but Ty doesn't know who he is. Shane takes down Ty with a tight headlock showing he means business. Ty cries out in pain as Shane splits him. Shane's shows he's the heel with a low blow. It doesn't take long for Ty to turn to jelly against Shane. Given Ty's status at this time of his career, the finish comes as no surprise, but Shane and Ty clearly revel in their roles. This video is currently on sale this week at BG East.

 Justin Rage turns the tables on veteran heel Jonny Firestorm in this video from Wrestler4Hire. Has anyone else noticed that Justin has a strong resemblance to Johnny Jobber? I wonder if they're related. The video begins with a long close up of Jonny's hairy chest. Justin enters and surprises Jonny with a a quick hammerlock. Jonny is able to counter with a headlock but Justin counters with a wristlock. It's obvious that Jonny isn't going to have an easy match. There's a bit of back and forth action but it's clear that Justin is focusing on Jonny's arms and shoulders. Justin's arm attack takes it's toll on Jonny. Jonny executes an Angle Slam but his arm is too injured for him to follow up. Justin is able to take over, dropping Jonny with a neckbreaker. By the midway mark, Jonny's down for the count, but his pain has just begun. Match length: 23 mins., $24.95 USD.

The truth of the matter is I've just been hanging on these last few months. I'm not overly happy in my personal life and I haven't been too motivated to blog either. Nonetheless, I will look back at some of my favorite videos that I've covered over the years. 88Wrestling Cody Everett vs Rex Bedford: Ultimate Upset? Cody seemed to have all the tools to become a superstar, but it wasn't to be... A short run is better than no run though and this is my favorite of his matches. Credit to Ethan Andrews as well for having numerous memorable matches. His matches against Dash, Tanner, Jett and Matt Miller particularly stand out to me. Wrestler4Hire Ace Owens vs Ronnie Pearl: Knocked Out To me, Ace Owens is an ideal babyface. When he's wearing this outfit his appeal goes up even higher. Then he gets squashed by pro heel Ronnie and this match becomes a classic. Now that 88W is inactive, Wrestler4Hire is my go-to for underground wrestling action. But there's a situation

Ethan Andrews vs Jett Bentley: Complete Control (88W) I'm not sure what you would call this hold. Ethan maneuvers Jett into a camel clutch position but traps his arms. Whatever the case, it's effective in keeping Jett under control for a few seconds. This is the current sale video at 88Wrestling and in my opinion, one of their best matches.

Obviously, I've blogged about this subject  before , but never in 4K. I've chosen different shots this time too, so that's my excuse for revisiting it. Jonathan thinks he can just walk away from Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith snatches an unsuspecting Jonathan. I'm actually considering having this story re-worked. Does anyone have any thoughts on that? Dr. Smith has been quite busy lately bringing in new models, should I start giving Film 911 more coverage again?
