Joey King teaches cocky Cason a lesson in wrestling and 80's and 90's pop culture in this match from Thunders Arena.
Cason walks in and puts on some Jeff Hardy style fishnet gloves. Joey says Cason looks like a "Tekken superstar" but Cason is oblivious. As Cason poses for the camera, Joey takes out Cason's braced knee with a wrench.
Instantly, Cason is down and at the mercy of Joey.
Cason defiantly flips off Joey, but Joey threatens to rip Cason's fingers off.
Joey brings up Cason's German heritage and calls him "Hans Gruber." Hans is the villain in the movie Die Hard. Cason has never seen Die Hard and has no idea what Joey is talking about.
Joey locks Cason in a sleeper and (poorly) tries to summarise the plot of Die Hard. Cason passes out in the midst of Joey's explanation.
Joey wakes up Cason and picks up his story where he left off and works in references to Family Matters and Whitney Houston. Of course, Cason doesn't know them either.
Can Cason fight back and claim the win for Generation Z?
This was a really fun match. Both wrestlers and the cameraman crack up at various points of the match. Cason also takes quite a beating and gets knocked out several times. If that appeals to you, you should enjoy this one. Alex from The Cave has also reviewed this match.
