Off-duty Police Officer Colby Thorne (Tim Franklin) is ambushed, bound and drugged by scorned woman Ebony Easton (Cariba Heine) in a 2018 episode of Home and Away.
Honestly, Home and Away isn't a show I follow closely. Most of the time it's painfully boring and poorly acted so I don't bother, but occasionally there's a hot story like this one.
Ebony knocks at the door looking for he boyfriend and Colby's housemate Robbo. Ebony actually hatched a scheme to keep Robbo away from the house and into a trap.
Ebony asks for a glass of water and takes the opportunity to whack Colby in the back of the head with a frying pan.
The camera pans around Colby as he lays on the floor unconscious.
We come back from commercial break to find Colby bound but still out cold.
Ebony wakes Colby up with a splash of water. Ebony fills up a syringe with an anesthetic and taunts Colby with it. Ebony says says she's going to punish Colby for what he did to her brother.
Ebony explains that her brother was Boyd Easton, someone who Colby shot and killed in the line of duty. Poor Colby looks like he's about to cry.
The camera cuts away as Ebony injects Colby, switching to Robbo on his search for Ebony. Ebony removes Colby's gag, knowing the muscle relaxant is taking effect and Colby's too weak to resist.
