Sean Maygers racks Ian Greene (Muscle Boy Wrestling)

Sean Maygers vs Ian Greene (Muscle Boy Wrestling, Catalog 10) Is there a pro wrestling move that shows domination better than a torture rack? There wouldn't be many, if any. I understand the blogger at Knockout Submission Wrestling is also a big fan of the torture rack. He hasn't been active much lately, so I thought I'd give him a shout out. You can find this match at Muscle Boy Wrestling.

Chace LaChance vs Jaxton Wheeler (Wrestler4Hire)

Socked stud Chace LaChance is totally dominated by Jaxton Wheeler in this video from Wrestler4Hire. The video opens with a long close-up of Chace pulling up his socks, just so we know what to focus on.  Jaxton isn't impressed with Chace or his socks and quickly overpowers him in a test of strength. Jaxton locks in a Boston Crab, scores the submission and then pulls down one of Chace's socks. Jaxton snatches Chace in a sleeper as Chace adjusts his sock. Chace fades out and Jaxton pulls down Chace's socks again. Can Chace pull off a comeback or is he too worried about pulling up his socks?

Photo of the Day / A Note on Comments

This photo is from Wrestling Arsenal's NewTumbl page. wrestlingarsenal.newtumbl.com  The wrestler in the red trunks is Dan Moloney but I'm not sure who he is pinning. Yesterday, I had trouble commenting on my previous post from my phone. For some reason I was made anonymous, even though I was logged in. When I tried to publish the comment, it failed. I could make a comment with no issue from my PC.  If anyone wants to comment but are unable to, you can contact me privately.

Ethan Andrews applies the Anaconda Vise to Luke Caruso + Rebuttal to Myself

Ethan Andrews vs Luke Caruso: Welcome to My World (88Wrestling) Ethan puts another rookie through the wringer in this match from 88Wrestling. The Anaconda Vise was innovated by New Japan wrestler Hiroyoshi Tenzan and popularized by CM Punk. Rebuttal to Myself Are people disappointed that I'm leaning towards CM Punk's side? Try to convince me otherwise! If anyone is to blame for all of AEW's dramas it's Tony Khan for not asserting his leadership or implementing a stronger management structure. I put a lot of time and effort into my coverage of CM Punk vs The Elite , so if would appreciate some sort of feedback from anyone.   One thing is clear - I will be more careful about which non-underground wrestling topics to cover in the future. It's no fun "shouting into the void!"

Screencap Recap #7 (Revised + Was It All a Work?)

Lazlo Kohl vs Biff Farrell (BG East) Pinned! Earl vs Cody (Untamed Creations) Rex Bedford vs Jett Bentley (88 Wrestling) Jonathan with Dr. Smith part 1 (Film 911)  Was it all a work? CM Punk - "I haven't spoken (about Colt Cabana) in, I don't know how long, so I'm a little pissed off..." Did CM Punk premeditate his comments towards Colt Cabana, The Elite and Adam Page? According to this report , CM Punk had been planning his rant for weeks.  I suspect it was a worked-shoot, similar to MJF's promo on Tony Khan back in June. Perhaps certain people had an idea of what Punk was going to say, but didn't realize he would go so far. Unfortunately, CM Punk tore his left triceps at AEW All Out , so it's unlikely Punk will be able to wrestle until mid-2023. Nonetheless, kudos to CM Punk for cutting the most provocative promo in years, in my opinion. If you haven't seen my coverage of CM Punk's media scrum , please check it out. I think it...

Blake Starr pins Jett Bentley (88Wrestling)

Blake Starr vs Jett Bentley: Battle of the Bods (88W) If you like the idea of seeing Blake hook Jett's leg for the pin, you should enjoy this match, it happens more than once. This is the current sale video at 88Wrestling.

CM Punk's All Out Media Scrum and Aftermath

I'm sure most pro wrestling fans have heard about the drama involving CM Punk and "The Elite" (The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega) and Adam Page, which boiled over following CM Punk's media scrum at  AEW All Out. There's heat between them because a member of "The Elite" told Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer that Punk was the reason their friend Colt Cabana (real name Scott Colton) was almost fired and then sent to Ring of Honor, a demotion from AEW. Punk addressed the rumor before anyone could even ask him a question. By the way, AEW President and CEO Tony Khan was seated next to Punk and did nothing to stop him. Punk - "Why I decide not to be friends with somebody is nobody else's fuckin' business." Punk went into detail on why he and Colton fell out anyway. Colton sued Punk for not honoring a verbal agreement and paying all of his legal bills. (Punk and Colton contested a lawsuit against the WWE.)  Punk said they mutually agreed to...
